What is the theory behind this CBT house worksheet?

Cognitive-behavioral therapy aims to change our thought patterns, our conscious and unconscious beliefs, our attitudes, and, ultimately, our behavior, in order to help us face difficulties and achieve our goals. It is necessary to have a maintenance plan after the termination of one’s therapy sessions. 

How will the worksheet help?   

This worksheet will help the clients in having an overview and reminders of what they can do when the mental crisis strikes even after the termination of their therapy.  This worksheet can be printed and the completed worksheet can be pasted on a room wall or cupboard.

How to use this worksheet?

To use this worksheet, imagine that you live in a house of Cbt. This is your safe space, where you can manage all your mental health distress efficiently with the help of your previously learned method during therapy. Now with this in mind, write what is required on the diagram below.
