What is the theory behind this Coping Skills Group Therapy Worksheet?

A coping skills session is a necessary part of most group therapy and counselling sessions. When individuals share their own experiences of coping It allows others to explore new coping strategies to deal with their mutual challenges. It is an effective strategy to help them learn, practice, and build their coping skills toolbox that can prepare them to manage stressful situations.
