A phobia is an anxiety disorder aroused by a particular object or circumstance to the point where it severely restricts your life. 

English as a Second Language (ESL) phobia is the feeling of unease, worry, nervousness, and apprehension experienced in learning or using ESL.

ERPT gradually and repeatedly exposes patients to uncomfortable thoughts, images, situations, or feelings while keeping them from engaging in compulsive and avoidant behaviors they would turn to cope with.
