It is important to associate recovery with fun activities so that it helps individuals maintain their level of motivation to make it to the end.

This worksheet will help clients who are recovering from substance or alcohol abuse to plan and schedule activities they enjoy and find pleasurable throughout the week. Those activities will keep them motivated by making them feel good and also work as healthy distractions from their urge to use drugs or alcohol.
