How will this worksheet help you?

This worksheet can help parents identify their parenting goals. They will be able to divide their goals into three categories, parent-centered goals, child-centered goals, and relation-centered goals. In this way, parents can formulate specific goals about different categories so it will be easy for them to implement them knowing their effectiveness in different areas.

How to use this worksheet?

This worksheet has three parts, each part has its own description. Parents are instructed to first read the description of each type of goal and then put their parenting goals category-wise. Read the whole worksheet after you are done writing your goals and see if your goals match the category if it doesn’t then put them in the right category by reading the description again.
