What is the theory behind this REBT Anger Worksheet?

Frustration and anger are the most frequent emotions. We often feel angry when things don’t go according to us. When this emotion becomes too frequent it starts impacting one’s physical and mental well-being. To deal with this emotion and reduce its frequency. REBT has found to be effective. The worksheet is based on techniques that can reduce the intensity and frequency of anger by analyzing and altering one’s thoughts.
