What is the theory behind this Six Pillars of Self-esteem Worksheet?

Six different pillars make up self-esteem according to Nathaneal Branden in his book “The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem: The Definitive Work on Self-Esteem”.  These pillars expand our understanding and deepen our knowledge of the concept of self-esteem. Growth in each of these pillars is meant to contribute to a positive self-esteem which is vital to our mental health and wellness.
