Stress is an essential part of our life. But if it’s left unmanaged can affect one’s both mental and physical health negatively. Psychotherapy provides different techniques to manage stress. There are many cheap and easy activities that can be helpful to manage stress. Performing these activities from time to time makes life and achieving well being easier.

How will the worksheet help?   

This worksheet will help clients in infusing different stress reducing activities in their daily routine. They will also learn to manage them with other daily activities in their daily schedule.   

How to use this worksheet?

With the help of a facilitator, make a list of stress reducing activities that are feasible to do. Then in the monthly table provided below, write what activity you will do at what time in a day accordingly.
