Depression is a common mental disorder that is characterised by persistent and extreme levels of sadness and low mood that causes not just mental but physical symptoms as well. It severely inhibits a person’s ability to feel pleasure or feel motivated to do anything. As part of therapeutic recovery people with depression are encouraged to maintain a self care routine among other things, to manage their symptoms.

Doing small achievable self care acts everyday can also help them feel a sense of achievement which can improve their mood.

How to use the worksheet?
