Three States of Mind DBT Worksheet
What is the theory behind this Three States of Mind DBT Worksheet?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy believes there to be three states of mind that a person is strongly influenced by throughout their lives. The Emotional Mind influences individuals to make decisions based purely on emotional reasons without giving thought to long term consequences.
