What is the theory behind the worksheet?

Breath is a powerful component that is often forgotten. Syncing breath with your partner can increase feelings of safety and happiness and decrease pain. Building on this foundation, creating time and physical connection to dedicate to attuning yourselves to breathing as a couple will develop a healthy relationship.

When you feel safe with a partner you are able to build trust with them. Trust is a foundational element in a relationship and requires effort and time to be dedicated to building and maintaining it.

How to use the worksheet?
