CBT is a type of psychotherapy used to help individuals highlight the possibility of change, make overwhelming problems appear more manageable, and increase individuals’ hope in overcoming them.

  1. Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) 

This is a type of talking therapy specifically adapted to treat individuals who suffer from extremely intense emotions. DBT treatment is based on CBT and is used to help struggling individuals identify and positively change negative thinking patterns.
