All About Me is a concept that requires self-identity, self-awareness, and self-consciousness. Learning about yourself can free you from the expectations of others, allowing you to be your authentic self.
The use of All About Me activities helps children/ students share more about themselves by discussing their culture, their race, their abilities, and the unique characteristics that make them who they are. These activities foster healthy relationships among children/ students.

- Bandura’s Social Learning Theory
This theory states that a child’s learning and development come from direct experience and modeling simple observations of people around them.
The important elements in this theory are; letting children have an opportunity to observe other children, providing positive feedback to children, and most importantly, allowing your child to develop and manage their feelings and emotions.
