How to use the worksheet?
The activity in this worksheet can be used in individual and group counselling sessions for children ages 7 and above. It can also be useful for skills training in schools. Instruct the children to make a habit of filling their gratitude mug daily by writing at least one thing they are grateful for in the day. Parents can be instructed to assist younger children and remind them to complete the activity daily.
