What is the theory behind this Motivation Worksheet- Motivating Self and Others?

According to behaviorism theory, people are motivated for any task by a drive for incentives or rewards. Furthermore, individuals are also more prone to perform activities that are automatically associated with other activities of the day that they perform without thinking. In order to motivate yourself for a self-improvement project or motivate others as a leader, providing rewards can be a very effective tool.

How will the worksheet help?

This worksheet will help the clients in motivating either themselves or others through two techniques. One is using a reward system. By receiving a reward, their brain elicits positive emotions, leading to the realization that their hard work is resulting in a positive incentive.
