Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional or psychological pressure. Our body responds to stress by preparing us to fight or flight. How to use this worksheet?
Whenever you feel stressed, color a section of the bucket provided. The color tool has to be of an erasable kind. When you deal with the stressor effectively, write how you did it below the tap of the bucket. When the stressor is gone, erase the section that you have colored before. Keep it with yourself and practice daily.
